How often do the filters need replacement?

The frequency depends on water usage and the quality of your water source.

As a general guideline, the top (Stage 1 - Ceramic) & bottom (Stage 3 - Mineral Stones) generally last 8-10 months while the middle (Stage 2 - KDF) needs changing 4-6 months.

Regular checks are essential. If you notice a change in taste, it might be time for a swap. These are designed to be a breeze to replace, ensuring your water stays crisp and refreshing.

How do I setup the system for 1st use?

Note:
It's normal for the initial filtration to be slow as water needs to pass through the top filter. (It is crafted from densely compressed ceramic diatoms)

Once you have completed the set up & keep the tank topped up, you shouldn't have a problem.

Eventually, the flow rate will be ~ 1L/hr

How does it taste compared to tap water?
