Note:
It's normal for the initial filtration to be slow as water needs to pass through the top filter. (It is crafted from densely compressed ceramic diatoms)

Once you have completed the set up & keep the tank topped up, you shouldn't have a problem.

Eventually, the flow rate will be ~ 1L/hr
