How It Works
Choose your delivery frequency at checkout — every 3 or 6 months for Trinity cartridges and/or Shower Mate refills.
We'll email you 3 days before each shipment so you can make changes, skip, or update your address.
Your order ships automatically from Sydney. You'll receive a tracking number once dispatched.
Replace your cartridge on schedule to keep your Lifetime Guarantee active.

Every 3 months — Save 20%
Every 6 months — Save 15%
Shower Mate Filter Refills (holyh2o.com.au/products/shower-mate):
Every 3 months — Save 15%

We recommend the 3-month frequency for most Australian households to maintain peak filtration performance.
Lifetime Guarantee
Both the Trinity Water Filter and Shower Mate come with a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee, active while you maintain a Subscribe & Save plan and replace cartridges every 3–6 months.
Trinity Water Filter: If your filter fails due to a manufacturing defect or normal wear under regular use, we'll replace it for free.
Shower Mate: If your filter fails due to a manufacturing defect or normal wear under regular use, we'll replace it at no charge.
What voids the guarantee: Misuse, accidental damage, or failure to replace cartridges regularly.
Cancelling your subscription deactivates the Lifetime Guarantee. You can reactivate it by restarting your subscription at any time.

Use the link in any order confirmation email to access your subscription portal. From there you can:
Change your delivery frequency
Skip an upcoming shipment
Pause your subscription
Update your delivery address or payment method
Cancel at any time — no fees

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancel anytime before your next order processes through your subscription portal or by contacting us — you will not be charged.
Once an order has been dispatched, our standard Returns Policy applies. You can return unused items within the eligible window.
Billing is automatic but always notified. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before every charge. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments.
