Shipping Policy — Free Express Delivery Australia-Wide

Every HolyH2O order ships free, Australia-wide, dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 48 hours of payment.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

All timeframes are from date of dispatch, not date of order.

  • Sydney Metro: 2–4 business days — Free

  • Melbourne Metro: 3–5 business days — Free

  • Brisbane Metro: 3–5 business days — Free

  • Perth Metro: 5–8 business days — Free

  • Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart: 4–7 business days — Free

  • Regional & Rural Australia: 7–10 business days — Free

  • New Zealand: 7–14 business days — calculated at checkout

During peak periods (Christmas, sales events) allow an extra 2–3 business days. Pre-order items show their expected dispatch date on the product page.


What Happens After You Order

  1. Order confirmation email sent immediately after purchase.

  2. Your order is packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours on business days. Weekend and public holiday orders dispatch the next business day.

  3. Shipping confirmation email sent with a Track Order link via Australia Post live tracking. Check your spam folder if you haven't received it within 48 hours.

  4. Australia Post delivers to your door. If you're not home, a card is left with collection instructions or the parcel is left in a safe location.


Tracking Your Order

All orders are tracked via Australia Post. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Didn't receive a shipping confirmation? Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us at holyh2o.com.au/pages/contact-us with your order number.

Tracking shows "In Transit" for several days? This is normal during peak periods. Gaps between scans don't mean your order is lost.

Order hasn't arrived after 20 business days? Contact us and we'll open an investigation with Australia Post. We'll resolve it with a replacement or refund.


Address Changes & Order Edits

Change address before dispatch: Email us immediately at holyh2o.com.au/pages/contact-us with your order number and the correct address.

Change address after dispatch: Use the Australia Post tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to redirect the parcel.

Incorrect address at checkout: We can only dispatch to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check before placing your order.

Cancel or change your order: Email us with the subject line CANCEL or CHANGE as soon as possible. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed.


Split Shipments

Orders containing different product types may be dispatched from separate warehouses. If your order is split:

  • You'll receive separate shipping confirmation emails with separate tracking numbers

  • Arrival times may differ by 1–3 business days

  • No additional charge — all shipping remains free


Gift Orders

Enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. No invoice is included in the box — receipts go to your email only. We are currently unable to include personalised gift messages due to our fulfilment process.


New Zealand Shipping

We ship to New Zealand via Australia Post International. Rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from dispatch. Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. All pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD).
