Select every 3 or 6 months for Trinity cartridges and/or Shower Mate refills. You can set different frequencies for each product.
We'll email you 3 days before your next order processes so you have time to make changes, skip a shipment, or update your address.
Your stored payment method is charged and your refills are dispatched from Sydney. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once it's on the way.
Replacing your cartridge on schedule is what activates and maintains the Lifetime Guarantee. If you ever need a replacement unit, it's on us.

Both the Trinity Water Filter and Shower Mate come with a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee — active for as long as you maintain a Subscribe & Save plan and replace your cartridges on schedule.
If your Trinity fails due to a manufacturing defect or normal wear under regular use, and your KDF cartridge has been replaced every 3–6 months, we'll replace the unit at no charge.
If your Shower Mate fails due to a manufacturing defect or normal wear under regular use, and the filter has been replaced every 3–6 months, we'll replace it at no charge.
Your subscription is fully self-serve. Use the link in any order confirmation email to access your subscription portal, where you can:
Cancel anytime through your subscription portal or by contacting us. As long as you cancel before your next scheduled order date, you will not be charged.
Once an order has been dispatched, our standard Returns Policy and 100-day risk-free trial applies. You can still return the item within the eligible window.
Cancelling your Subscribe & Save plan deactivates your Lifetime Guarantee from that point forward. You can reactivate the guarantee by restarting your subscription at any time.
You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before every charge. Your payment method is stored securely via Shopify Payments. We do not store card details on our own servers.
Add a Trinity cartridge or Shower Mate refill to your cart and select Subscribe & Save at checkout. Your Lifetime Guarantee activates from your first subscription order.
