Chlorine kills harmful bacteria such as E.Coli and Giardia as well as other pathogens that can harm your health.

While this disinfectant creates 'safe' drinking water, chlorine is not healthy to drink. It can damage healthy gut flora and gives water a poor taste and odour.

Please refer to these step-by-step instructions below.


Step 1: Unboxing and Cleaning- Carefully unbox your new Trinity Water Filter.
- Clean all plastic parts with warm water and dishwashing liquid.

Step 2: Preparing Filters- Remove the three different filters from their boxes.
- Place these filters in a bucket or sink to soak overnight.

Step 3: Assembling the Unit- Place the base on a flat surface and position the large bottom tank on top.
- Attach the tap to the bottom tank, ensuring one seal on the inside and one on the outside to prevent leaks.

Step 4: Placing Filters- Put the Mineral Stone Filter (stage 3) in the middle of the bottom tank.
- Screw the cartridge filter (stage 2) into the white divider, placing the divider on top of the bottom tank.
- Attach the ceramic dome filter (stage 1) to the top tank and secure it in place with the screw.

Step 5: Finalizing Assembly- Position the top tank on top of the divider.
- Fill the top tank.

Step 6: Leak Check- Inspect for any leaks.
  - If water rushes through the ceramic dome filter, ensure it is securely screwed in place.
  - If there is a leak around the tap, verify the installation of both seals, ensuring they sit flush with the tank.

We recommend draining the system annually & using a cleaning solution (1 tsp bleach in 4 cups water) to sanitize the body.

Dry all parts with clean paper towel & reassemble.
