Thanks for shopping with HolyH₂O. Here's how we get your order to you, what it costs and what to expect along the way. 📦
Where we ship
We ship our full range to Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping costs
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days of dispatch. Regional and remote areas, and New Zealand, can take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates, and carrier delays or weather can occasionally slow things down.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking to show movement.
Christmas orders
To get your order before Christmas, please order at least 12 days before Christmas Day. We'll share exact cut-off dates on our site each December.
Check your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll fix it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 10 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement. If tracking stalls or your parcel goes missing, let us know and we'll chase it with the carrier and make it right.
Changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Email us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before your order ships, but we can't change it once it's in transit. Refunds for cancelled orders go back to your original payment method.
